Copy a File to a Floppy Disk
  1. Insert a floppy disk into a drive.
  2. Move the mouse over the file you want to copy and then press the left button.
  3. Move the mouse over File and then press the left button.
  4. Move the mouse over Send To and then press the left button.
  5. Move the mouse over the drive that contains the floppy disk you want to receive a copy of the file and then press the left button.
    • Windows places a copy of the file on the floppy disk.
You can copy a file from your desktop to a floppy disk.
  1. Insert a floppy disk into a drive.
  2. Move the mouse over the file you want to copy and then press the right button.
  3. Move the mouse over Send To and then press the left button. 
  4. Move the mouse over the drive that contains the floppy disk and then press the left button.
