View Contents of Your Computer
You can easily view the folders and files stored on your computer. Like a Briefcase stores files, your computers uses folders to organize information.
  1. To view the contents of your computer, move the mouse over My Computer and then quickly press the left button twice.
    • The My Computer window appears.

  2. A button appears on the taskbar for the open window.
    • These items represent the drives on your computer. 

  3. To display the contents of a drive, move the mouse over the drive and then quickly press the left button twice.
    • Note : If you want to view the contents of a floppy or CD-ROM drive, make sure you insert a floppy disk or CD-ROM disc before performing the above step.
    • The contents of the drive appear.

  4. This area tell you how many items are in the window and the total size of the items.

  5. To display the contents of a folder, move the mouse over the folder and then quickly press the left button twice.

  6. The contents of the folder appear. 

  7. To return to a folder you have previously viewed, move the moue over Back and then press the left button.
